Descrierea postului

Main duties:
? Technical support for Globema customers and for internal Globema Sales Department
? Analyse, verify and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching
? Review cases for technical complexity and make recommendations with regards to case escalation
? Provide accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation for interdepartmental triage of client issues
? Taking part in Quality Assurance process
? Conducting and preparing technical presentations and workshops


Skills and experience:
? A bachelor?s degree in Energetics or equivalent work experience or students in last year of study or MBA
? Academic knowledge of energy sector and business related
? SmartGrid concepts knowledge is a plus
? Sufficient English knowledge for writing technical documentation
? Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both verbal and written)
? IT software knowledge considered a plus
? Presentation skills will be a plus
