Descrierea postului

- Coordinating and realizing after-sale-service for the corporation products in the assigned region.
- Guarantee the proper work of installed air-handling units in assigned area.
- Creating the Authorized Service net and creating the long distance relationship & cooperation with the Authorized Services.

Main duties:
- telephone and internet consultations and advising to the Authorized services & customers - final owners of the corporate products
- analyzing, preparing and sending service offers and orders
- organizing the materials and spare parts for the products (ordering) in cooperation with Service Supply Manager
- supervising the warranty service and assembling processes in assigned area
- analyzing technical data of the products to choose the best service possibilities
- verifying and approving of service claims received from Authorized Services
- working according to corporate service procedures and required documents
- verifying, approving finished service claims (divided into warranty, assembly) according to service standards
- sending instructions, technical data cards, documentation, warranty duplicates for the sold products
- coordinating the process of air-handling units assembling in the area
- service inspections with direct consultations about the corporate products (in customers objects)
- realization of long term service processes in the assigned area (service authoriztation, service inspections)

Cerinte

Requirements:
- university degree  - Technical Background
- fluent in English (written, spoken)

Skills:
- ability to supervise the work of others and decision-making
- strong orientation on results
- desire for coming to know new knowledge
