- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Negotiates contracts and manages the relationship with the Key Accounts
- Responsible for the performance and development of his/her team of KAMs.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- previous experience within a non-food FMCG company / retailer
- extensive experience in retail negotiations (with KA retailers)
- team management experience - teams of at least 5 people
- experience in setting up a sales strategy and managing sales budgets
- fluent English, native Romanian
- at least BA / BSc.
