Strategically:
? Organizes the field work and prepare implementation strategy according to agreed Sales and Marketing plan;
? Ensures products sales objectives and promotional strategies are aligned with the ones of the company;
? Ensures products are available for sales in Romania as per customers orders;
? Proposes for approval, implement and track commercial strategies in Romania;
? Develops and implements budget and monitors costs along with central planning team.

Business Development:
? Manages a small team of sales representatives;
? Create, build and maintain long term relationships with the clients;
? Keeps close relationships with key stakeholders;
? Responsible for prospecting the market searching for new clients and business opportunities;
? Participate to related events and discuss opportunities with potential clients;
? Monitors and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales performance;
? Develops and implements opportunity plans and marketing initiatives to maximize sales;
? Has an active understanding of the market trends and establishes new business development strategies. Analyze Market developments in order to anticipate sales figures.

General:
? Ensures liaison between the local company and headquarter;
? Always is up to date with all the movements and changes in the business area;
? It is up to date with economically, politically and socially changes that could affect the fruits & vegetables market.

Cerinte

Professional:
? Economic university degree (preferably but not limited to);
? Minimum 5-7 years working experience, out of which minimum 3-4 years in a Sales/Commercial management position, (preferably in a similar field ? fresh products, FMCG, fruits & vegetables);
? Must have strong market and business awareness;
? Should have excellent communication and relationship building capabilities.

Personal:
? Analytical thinking;
? Must have good decision making ability;
? Must be well organized and have attention to detail;
? Excellent planning and organizational skills;
? Ability to manage an accounting department;
? High level Excel knowledge. Computer skills, Internet;
? Good English level.
