Descrierea postului

The Procurement clerk is responsible for all activities necessary in order assure all products ordered by the client will be delivered in time, and respecting all qualitative and quantitative standards
Procurement from suppliers located inside or outside Romania

?Responsible for weekly forecasts / estimates of sales and national campaigns;
?Responsible for maintaining commercial relations with suppliers;
?Responsible for releasing orders to internal / external
?Responsible for following orders since launch to reception;
?Responsible for part loads deliveries;
?Stock Management: safety stock, average stock, slow movers and non-movers minimization, write-offs.
?Proper order management in coordination with warehouse management (limited storage space)
?Responsible for processing orders and documents for export;
?Communication to suppliers and problem solving for all qualitative / quantitative inconsistencies appeared at the reception;
?Communication to suppliers and resolving quality issues arising from QA complaints;
?Follow-up for compliance with agreed contractual conditions;
?Price differences control, minimization and adequate approval from Customers? counterparts
?Maintenance and Control of Customer Price List and the appropriate checks to ensure the elimination of risk of human error.

Master Data & Cost

?Create articles in Master Data: receiving accurate and complete information from client / Supplier (Product information file), enabling / disenabling permanent / temporary articles;
?Permanent update of sales prices, list prices, ExWorks price list, according to internal procedures;
?Permanent up-date of SCIPS Master Data;
?Price pre-calculation (client requests);
?Responsible for price introduction in ILOS;
?Responsible for verification and authorization of invoices received from suppliers vs. orders placed (prices, quantities).

3-5 years procurement experience (FSL-advantage)
Customer relation experience
Stock Management
Languages ? English ? advanced
IT- Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint), ERP system
