1. Answering calls in Romania time zone from 7 AM to 5 PM.
a. Act as a firs line support to Romania clients
i. Resolve known issues coming by mail and phone

c. Data base
d. Interfaces (NAV Distiller and xml interface
ii. Resolve new un-known issues or escalate to second line support at Infomatix or/and TouchStar
iii. Determinate if issue is on which application area and escalate to client if issue comes from client managed systems ( eg: NAV).
iv. Use Mantis to track issues
v. Provide feedback to client about issues status
vi. Update knowledge data base file with new issues and the way to resolve
vii. Keep a file with all incoming issues, requests and statuses,
viii. Weekly/Monthly activity reports, open issues etc will be provided and followed by reviews of new and known issues
2. Learn client systems
3. Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks
4. Offer Support for releases of new application versions
5. Hardware configurations, checks and deliveries will be done on request by traveling to client premises
6. Add/remove users from SQL data base and assign roles for them
7. Add new user/company roles on request from client
8. Build ad-hoc reports/listings or exports from SQL data base on request
