Descrierea postului

- Provide help for Finance & Accounting team on a regular basis (scanning, filling, photocopying, inventory assistance, data base updating, etc)
- Prepare or/and review expense claims
- Scan and file contracts; review the termination date and let responsible person know when need to be renewed
- Renew insurance contracts for office, equipment, car, etc
- Prepare documentation for IT, Telecomm and other office related procurements
- Renegotiate low value supplier contracts
- Follow up on invoices from suppliers in order to be received in time
- Organize storage area
- Replace the Receptionist whenever is necessary
- Other assignments as per request.
