- Critical and analytical tasks and due diligence of various properties;
- Provide a valuation assessment and estimated sustainable net income;
- Sourcing research materials and other statistical information from both internal and external sources;
- Assembly of data;
- Creating market related reports in support of appraisals or other activities of team.
- Cooperation with clients, third party professionals and internal consultants to gather necessary data for report preparation;
Providing Technical Support to Directors
- Creating and maintaining computer data base system;
- Assisting in the production of marketing presentations;
- Translating texts;
- Reading the press, monitoring for and identifying relevant articles;
- Maintaining proper valuation files.
Suitable candidates should possess all or most of the following experience and personal characteristics:
- A good understanding of and preference to operate in multicultural surroundings;
- A high degree of computer literacy (MS Office) and proficiency in cash flow analysis and valuation techniques;
- Excellent oral and written skills (in English), be highly numerate and have advanced report writing skills;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with highly developed presentation skills and comfortable working under pressure/ to tight deadlines;
- Should be a team player with and open working style with outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity and flexibility for working across a wide geographical range.
