? Responsible to deliver sales objectives ( volume and value ), market share and brand image indicators;
? Develop and excellently execute the annual activity plan for the respective brand ? through good implementation of integrated communication plans & trade activities;
? Constantly monitor and fine tune the entire marketing mix ( pricing, new product development, distribution activities, communication );
? Responsibly guard the brand financials, volume forecast, packaging development;
? Actively monitor competition activities and analyze market & consumer trends;
? Efficiently support other departments ( Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D ) for a smooth implementation of all marketing activities.
? ? Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferable in FMCG;
? University degree and good English are a must;
? A fast learner, in love with marketing;
? Good communication skills and team player.
