We are looking to recruit for one of our Clients - a Global company that provides support to end user customers and partners across EMEA and Central and South America:
Inside Sales Representative - German
General job description for the role:
- Follow up with customers via phone in order to collect additional information if required or provide status updates;
- Interviewing clients for obtaining and verifying relevant information by telephone calls;
- Keep updating the database with required information.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing customers;
- Understand customer needs and requirements, work and develop relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction;
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory;
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication;
- Weekly report with obtained and qualified data entries. Update the specific CRM system.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with communication scenarios;
- Good investigative and analytical skills. Detail oriented;
- Willingness to proactively reach out to customers;
- Fluent in German and English: written and spoken;
- Team player;
- Self-motivated. Adaptive, flexible and creative.
