The position of call center agent consists in analyzing the accuracy of the documents submitted online by different customers.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of all services and equipment offered by the company
- Keeps records of customer (merchant) interactions
- Verifies daily if new documents were submitted
- Performs different checks in order to see if the merchant is compliant
- Sends notifications via e-mail about documents verifications status
- Escalates to his supervisor any lack of information or submission errors
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 18.00
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communications skills and basic computer knowledge
- Proactive attitude and the ability to give full attention to details
- Fluent in English
- No previous experience needed
