On behalf of our client, Mercedes-Benz Romania, we are recruiting: Field Sales Representative - Automotive Spare Parts

1.Regular Visits
Visits of authorized dealers, fleet customers and independent workshops, knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing, development of improvement measures in cooperation with the dealer management.
2.Active dealer-support
Analysis and recording of the current dealer processes, definition of measures to increase effectiveness of the parts division at distributor level (eg. ordering processes, sales processing, pricing, inventory management, inventory, transportation logistics).
3.Target agreements
Active participation in the development of agreed targets, ongoing monitoring of the achievement of their objectives, definition of corrective and improvement measures in the interest of the quantitative and qualitative achievement.
4.Marketing
Analysis of the needs of wholesales distributors initiated marketing campaigns and concepts, assessment and support in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
5. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Analysis of the CSI results, monitoring the implementation of measures in increase the CSI-CSI-share results within the relevant fields of action
6.Training
Review of the training plan and analysis of training needs, feedback / consultation with the training department of the organization Wholesale
7.Accessories and Collection
Ensure standards regarding display of A&C items are met (eg. showcases, accessories installed to vehicles in showrooms), communicate current activities and issues to the person(s) responsible for Accessories and Collection on wholesale level.
8.Active parts sale
Assure proper reporting of retail Active Selling activities and results to wholesale level, visits of potential customers together with Active Selling person from retailers, support Active Selling on sales conditions, coordinate communication between retail and customer, if necessary.
