What?s the job about?

? Execution position, reporting and working closely with the Administrative Director in order to ensure financial, economic, commercial and administrative activities.
? The job is located at the offices of a farm, near Slobozia. Transportation costs are covered by the company.

Main responsibilities and related tasks:

? primary accounting
? introduction and organization of accounting information
? archiving and recording of all documents related to the company's activity
? drafting notifications and realizing payments
? bills management (evidences, explanatory notes)
? maintaining the relationship with the accounting service provider of
? representing the company in relation to various public institutions
? secretarial activities
? support activities needed by society

We need a mature and responsible approach to professional tasks, integrity and conscientiousness, as well as adaptability and determination.
Succeeding in this role requires strong analytical thinking, enhanced with attention to details and careful planning.
What are the requirements?

? Economic background, Economic University degree preferable
? Other courses and certifications in the field are an advantage

? Relevant experience in the field, junior level (minimum 2 years)
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & IE
? English / Italian - intermediate-advanced (a certification is required); other forewign languages are an advantage

? Attention to detail
? Accuracy, steadiness, organized person
? Ability to understand and follow received instructions and working procedures
? Loyalty, commitment and involvement
? Accountability for results
? Availability for overtime, when needed
? Driving license B category.
