- Supporting the HR Director in creating strategies focusing on the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals;
- Overseeing the optimisation of the organisational performance through development of the human capital;
- Creating comprehensive sets of policies and procedures so as to highly contribute in the performance and efficiency of the organization;
- Acting as a liaison between different parts of the organization and facilitate dialogue in order to diagnose organisational issues and plan actions;
- Establishing best practices to support development needs;
- Working closely with top management to provide innovative solutions and approaches, on driving the success of the business.
- Identifying key development themes across the business and creating adequate training and development programs;
- Identifying and planning the delivery of learning and development solutions;
- Analyzing, assessing and redesigning existing training tools.
Employee development and retention:
- Implementing and managing the organizational development projects that impact in the areas of talent management, career development and change management;
- Making sure proper and efficient induction programs are in place;
- Reviewing employee assessment programs, proposing and implementing innovative appraisal solutions;
- Designing strategies to assure that individual accomplishments are recognized and rewarded, as the organization grows bigger.
- University degree in Human Resources or similar;
- Excellent theoretical background in the field of HR and organizational development;
- Profound overall Human Resource management experience with focus on organizational development projects in an international environment;
- Excellent change and project management abilities as well as strong execution, leadership and presentation skills;
- Ability to translate business issues into practical, focused solutions;
- Excellent theoretical and conceptual skills, strategic thinker with a practical hands-on orientation;
- Strong influencing ability through consulting, communication and relationship building skills;
- Energetic, passionate, and confident individual, able to inspire and influence others;
- Fluent in English.
