Descrierea postului

- To deliver a quality service and product in line with the project goals by working with the professional team and applying Interior Exterior systems, procedures and culture
- To work closely with the Project Manager and the other members of the management and  operational team (Health & Safety Manager, Planning Manager, Architects, etc.)
- To offer high level strategic thinking at a project level (lower level strategic input only is required for  the skills area)
- To identify problems and offer solutions prior to and during construction
- To suggest trade contractors, systems and manufacturers for team appraisal
- To review design and shop drawings, the project program and contribute where necessary
- To be aware of the existence of marketing relationships with external professionals and clients
- To actively promote Interior philosophy and culture
- To produce precise and succinct project reports
- To produce logistic plans and method statements
- To chair trade contractor meetings
- Develop detailed programs with the project planner
- Produce short term programs
- Good understanding of M&E systems
- To apply the Best Practice Manual thoroughly
- Construction costs calculation
- Investment evaluation, including construction costs
- Entrepreneurial contracts and immobile projects administration, including technical support
- Calculations regarding physical of constructions
- Draw-up concepts regarding constructions static
- Technical and legislation support regarding construction and immobile projects in relation with other    departments
- Continuous control of expenses, terms, quality of immobile projects
- Projects evaluation
- Organize and supervise technical admin. of the immobile properties of the co., including follow-up the contractual guarantees


The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a wide range of projects both in value and complexity. He will have experience in maintaining and developing client relationships and key skills in project planning and time management and effective communication to manage site based project personnel.

- Excellent knowledge of project management methodology applied to civil construction field
- 5 years experience in managing big construction projects
- Recognized qualification, preferably in structural or civil engineering
- Previous experience of successfully carrying out a similar role to a high quality
- Good background in civil construction field, with relevant site supervision experience
- Previous experience with design teams and trade contractors at site meetings and project meetings
- Has previously contributed toward the project report
- Acted as the key co-coordinator of the professional team in respect to the design part
- Excellent communication skills written and oral in Romanian and English
- Good knowledge of PC utilization including word processor, spreadsheets and project management software.
- Good knowledge of budgeting methodology
- Excellent planning skills
- Good presentation skills
