? High responsibility to deliver the brand objectives: market share, P&L and brand image indicators;
? Redesign brand identity and positioning;
? Develop and implement brand strategy mid ? short term through excellent integrated communication plans ( ATL / BTL / PR / digital / in store ) and efficient budget management;
? Actively guard and develop the entire marketing mix ( new product & packaging development, pricing, distribution and communication );
? Lead the design and implementation of all brand activities with the internal partners, agencies and suppliers;
? Master competition monitoring, market & consumer understanding;
? Provide efficient support for Trade Marketing programs and volume forecasting.
? Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferable in FMCG;
? University degree and good English are a must;
? Knowledge of all marketing tools;
? Very dynamic person, well organized and deadline delivery;
? Excelling in communication skills and team player.
