We are looking for our client, a leading player in the industry of high-technology cables a new employee.
The Back Office Representative plays a key role in our client company. This may include, but is not limited to, collecting information and or documentation from others within the organization ( Technical Manager, Aquisition Manager, Sales Department, Front Office Commercial employees), completing and reviewing information in the software systems, telephone calls with clients, and other administrative tasks.
The main responsabilities are :
Prepare and supervise the tenders.
Prepare documentation for bids.
Update and correct SAP information within various systems.
Fulfill customer expectation.
Studies : Economical or Engineering.
Work Experience : at least 2 year experience in the industry of high-technology cables or systems for energy, telecommunications. Customer service with strong accounting knowledge.
Others : strong computer& operating systems skills
We are looking for an assertive individual to proactively complete assigned tasks, acting in anticipation of future problems, needs and changes. Having problem solving skills is a must in order to find the best solution for any problem, need and or change. Also, great communication skills, attention to details and flexibility will be needed. There will be a lot of interaction between outside vendors and those within the organization
