Descrierea postului

- Maintaining and developing relationships with providers of services / products to the administrative area, updating information on them;
- Development and drafting of documents, statements required by supervisor and management team;
- Writing daily correspondence, receiving and directing telephone calls;
- Organizing meetings, trips in the country and abroad;
- Assistance to the General Manager and the company departments;
- Basic accounting activities: track payments, suppliers and customers;
- Organization and active participation in any organizational situation;
- Protocol activities (preparation protocol for focus groups, meetings or trainings according to specifications received);
- Office activities (copying documents, filing).


- Student / University degree
- Knowledge of operating MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Analytical thinking
- Focus on results

- Responsible and reliable person
- Stress resistance and flexibility
- Availability of work in shifts
- Knowledge of English
