Our client is a company with a proven history of successful residential development. The company has several development projects that are in various stages of realization. The number of projects and corresponding workload has outgrown the capacity of the current team and a dedicated administrator is now required.
We are active in the industry of Consulting in Management & Human Resources were we believe we can put the people made to work togheter in contact. The services that we provide for our clients today are:

- executive search;
- training needs analyzes and program management for the SALES FORCE.
Job Connect started in december 2007 in Sibiu as a recruitment company. At the beginning of the year 2009, we began to diversify our services according to our clients needs.

We are looking for a person who is dynamic, energetic, lively, dedicated and prepared to take on diverse responsibilities in a team environment. The applicant should also have the following attributes:
1)Be able to read, write and communicate in English at a high level
2)Have an university diploma
3)Be prepared to deal on a daily basis with various government departments in attaining approvals for company projects
4)Be very good with people
5)Be able to work under pressure
6)Be self motivated
7)Be hard working
9)Be extremely well organized and work in a methodical manner
10)Have experience in sales
11)Have a driving license
An attractive remuneration package is being offered which will reflect the competence of the chosen individual. The chosen candidate shall be reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing.
