On behalf of our client, one of the most reputable real estate, development and property management multinational companies, we are recruiting:

Accountant - Property Management Department

? Invoices issued ? issuing of invoices for rent, service charges and other services in time and in accordance with the Romanian Accounting and Tax law. Invoices are issued based on the information prepared by Center Manager/ Property Manager, who is responsible for tenancy schedule.
? Invoices received ? keeping records of invoices received, putting them in to the internal accounting system
? Bank instructions ? payments of invoices received
? Bank statements ? keeping records of all the bank statements, putting them in to the system
? Arrears ? checking the receivables, preparing aged debt report
? Reminders ? sending out reminders to the tenants, in accordance with internal standard operating procedures
? Day by day contact with Property Manager
? Accounting company ? sending all documents to the client?s accounting company in agreed terms
? Client ? contact with client
? Bank ? contact with the bank, when necessary
? Reporting ? preparing all the reports for the client in agreed terms and scope of the work
? Security deposits ? in cooperation with Center Manager keeping records of all the security deposits, bank guarantees etc.
? Preparing Invoice Received Summary for the service charge reconciliation (all the service charge invoices code by code)
? Preparing Invoice Issued Summary for the service charge reconciliation (paid advance payments)
? Support the Center Manager/ Property Manager, when preparing the budget for the next year.


? Economics degree and 2 years accounting experience in financial real estate, preferably shopping centers
? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
? Fluent in English
? Strong communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple and complex matters on daily basis
? Capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
