Grupul Flamingo International deruleaz? activit??i de retail ?i distribu?ie, produsele comercializate fiind din gamele IT&C, electronice ?i electrocasnice. Magazinele sunt operate sub brandurile Flanco World, Flamingo Computers ?i Flanco, fiecare dintre acestea fiind specializat pe segmente de produse ?i clien?i diferite.


Re?eaua Flanco World cuprinde magazine de suprafa?? mare (1,800 ? 3,000 mp), amplasate în ora?e mari ?i medii, în centre de retail u?or de accesat de c?tre clien?i. Primul magazin Flanco World a fost lansat în noiembrie 2005, în Bra?ov, iar în prezent exist? 10 magazine Flanco World în toat? ?ara.


Lan?ul de magazine Flamingo Computers, cu cele peste 50 de loca?ii existente în România, este liderul pie?ei locale de IT&C, de?inând primul loc pe pia?a calculatoarelor pentru al 4-lea an consecutiv, cu o cot? de pia?? de 13,1% pentru 2006, în cre?tere cu 18,5% fa?? de anul 2005.


Clien?ii pot g?si în magazinele grupului tehnologii ?i produse de ultim? genera?ie, atât din gama IT ?i electronice cât ?i din segmentul de entertainment, precum varietate foarte mare de console ?i jocuri. De asemenea, ace?tia beneficiaz? de consultan?? în alegerea produselor potrivite, a celor mai bune solu?ii de cump?rare ?i a celor mai eficiente ?i accesibile sisteme de vânz?ri în rate, asigurând, în plus, servicii post-vânzare, precum transportul ?i instalarea gratuit?.

Descrierea postului

? Oversee the design of the e-commerce web site, making sure that a consistent look and feel is maintained;
? Manage, design, execute and implement the creative aspect of web projects, including serving as an expert resource to organization staff involved in specific projects;
? Develop and maintain visual design guidelines for the web site ensuring that outside advertisements to be placed on the web site meet organization standards;
? Being responsible for the graphic look for organization?s web;
? Lead the planning and implementation of web content and design for organization?s web site including the development and oversight of the content methodology;
? Maintenance of content on the organization web site, including copyediting;
? Design and implement the information architecture of the organization?s web site ensuring ease of navigation for visitors;
? Ensure that organization?s web site is designed and deployed in a manner that is as accessible and user-friendly as possible.
? Serve as expert consultant to staff on the development of web content in support of organization?s objectives.

Cerinte

Ideal candidate:
Must have working knowledge of the following:
? Adobe Photoshop
? HTML
? CSS
? Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, JavaScript and Flash
? In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques
? A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Should have working knowledge of some of the following:
? AdWords, SEO
? Oracle, JSP
? Macromedia Contribute
? Macromedia Flash (including Flash video and ActionScript)
? Windows Server 2003 (basic Windows Web Server administration tasks like monitor resource usage and DNS entries)
? DNS
? ASP / ASP.NET
? Visual Studio .NET
