Descrierea postului

Overall Purpose: He /She is mainly responsible for project management of migration processes. Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site and is responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Process Assessments and carry out due-diligence to determine feasibility offshoring
- Prepare detailed Process Maps and other Supporting Documentation to enable effective knowledge transfer and the transitioning of Business Processes from the client to the Offshore Location
- Identify and define Key Performance Indicators for the processes to be offshored and measure/baseline current performance prior to transitioning
- Assess and understand the underlying IT Environment supporting the Business Processes to be offshored
- Identify any changes and future requirements in the IT Environment required on both the Client and Provider side to be able to operate the Processes from an Offshore Location
- Create Learning Paths with the help of SMEs from the Client and the Provider that ensure effective knowledge transfer and the possibility to measure the skills development progress of Trainees
- Manage Client Stakeholders in order to ensure necessary support during the due-diligence and the Transition Phases.
- Coordinate with the Operations and the various Functional Departments on the Provider`s side to ensure seamless and timely support of the Project
- Create and manage a comprehensive Communications Plan to ensure required and timely information flow to stakeholders and project staff in both client and provider organizations
- Oversee recruitment planning and efforts to ensure timely availability of staff and coordinate the participation of client personnel in the selection process
- Create the Business Case for the Project including Cost-Benefit Analysis and Standard Commercials
- Ensure that the Legal and Compliance Framework for the Project is set up accurately and in a timely manner including Visas and Work Permits for staff travelling to client locations, Letters of Intent and Statements of Work for the respective phase of the Project and any specific Data or Information Security, Sox, etc Certifications required . Co-ordinate with the Legal and Compliance Function.
- Operate within the Relevant Risk Management Framework to anticipate, identify and escalate risks to enable mitigation. Ensure that the Business Continuity Planning for the Project is in line with operational, compliance and commercial requirements.

Cerinte

Requirements:

- Finance & Accounting Education at University Level
- Min. 3 years of Finance & Accounting Operational Experience
- Min. 2 years of Project Management Experience
- Familiarity with at least one of the major ERP Environments (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Scanning, Imaging and Workflow Technologies
- Advanced MS OFFICE, MS Project and Visio User Ability
- Fluency in English and in German
- Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills

- Strong Business and Work Ethics

- Flexibility to adopt and handle a changing environment
- Availability to travel 50% of his/her time in country and abroad
