- The QA Test Lead co-ordinates the activities of each QA Software Tester in a subset of a project’s QA Test Team. The QA Test Lead is responsible for the specific efforts of each individual QA Software Tester within that team.
This subset of a QA Test Team is typically between 2 and 20 QA Software Testers.
Activities for a team are typically set by the QA Franchise Test Lead and given to the QA Test Lead to delegate and manage using their QA Test team. These include; writing or running pre-determined Test Plans or Scripts using an agreed test methodology, following established communication and adhering to software security procedures. - Cerinte
- Technical skills and Qualifications
• Good English skills written and spoken.
• Nice to have – Experience with test and defect management tools
