- - Technical supplier development and monitoring of agreed dates and quality with the supplier
- Plan and Conduct of tool-concept-talks with purchaser, construction department and supplier
- Determine the product-qualification amount (APQP & PPAP) and verification and approval of PPAPs
- Monitor and verify of APQP-/tool progress of the supplier
- Approval of production-processes (Launch Readiness) and capacity analysis (Run @ Rate) of suppliers. Conduct Run @ Rate for suppliers capacity
- Organize and conduct of initial-audits to support selection of suppliers
- Organize and conduct of regular process-audits at suppliers and determine and monitor of correction activities
- Trouble Shooting at suppliers in case of critical quality problems
- Monitor supplier“s performance based on Measurement of Performance (PPM, Delivery & Concerns) and induce correction- and improvement-actions (QIP, Top Focus)
- Participation in the improvement of work flow in the purchasing department
- Communicate events, problems and reports to partners in plants - Cerinte
- - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably in quality control / systems.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949
- Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealing with suppliers
- Certified Auditor (DGQ, EG-Cert etc.);
- Knowledge in occupational safety and environmental protection
- Fluent in English and German language
- Travel flexibility and self-driven personality essential.
