For our client, a multinational telecom company we are looking for an individual to contribute at their success story in Romania.

The role of the Strategic Channel Manager will be to design and execute the company strategy for the designated strategic channel in order to deliver the sales and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

•Build business partnership by managing the relationship at all levels based on trust and common objectives.
•Develop, run and implement different projects inside the company ( logistic re-engineering, re-branding, deliver financial results ) by learning and understanding and recommending the business development and optimization needs .
•Coordinate the GSM business for the designated channel by constantly developing, assessing and executing quarterly sales plans.
•Ensure the development of the most appropriate network footprint throughout the country that respond to customer’s needs and corporate objectives through continuous communication with regional representatives.
•Ensure customer satisfaction through identifying training needs for various levels of the respective channel’s personnel (sales representatives, area managers), establishing mystery shopping processes and recommending appropriate training programs
•Sustain a strong brand image by coordinating internal resources (merchandising, channel support, advertising) towards enhancing distributors POS visual appearance and entire channel advertising campaigns.

This position involves an extensive travel all over Romania

Cerinte
•2 to 3 years experience in distribution or retail sales (preferable telecom) and also in project management;
•Min 1 years in a similar position (preferable)
•University graduate
• Well developed communication and negotiation skills with people at most levels
•Good knowledges of project management
•Fluent in English
•PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mailers
•Driving license B category
