- Descrierea postului
- 1. Direct, coordinate and review activities in sales marketing (reporting activities).
2. Develop and coordinate sales activity
3. Analyze market demand
4. Prepare and approve budgets (if required)
5. Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations
6. Set up and manage sales network
7. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
8. Manage key projects / tenders in hand with distributors and provide necessary support to the distributors
9. Marketing assignments: assist company to attend various conferences/exhibitions
10. Provide monthly and quarterly reports to company to review work in the previous period and to make the detailed work plan for the next period
11. Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
12. Allocating areas to sales executives;
13. Setting targets;
14. Liaising with other line managers;
15. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
16. Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling);
17. Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing

- - Extensional sales experience.
- Good understanding in spoken and written English
- Good skill in communications
- Staff management experience.
- Knowledge within the building area.
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure and take full part in the growth, information and development of the business.
- To work with day to day affairs of the business, issue invoices and register orders from customers.
- The job involves managing staff, managing the wholesale and sales planning.
