International Sport Equipment GROUP, DECATHLON RETAIL needs managers to set up and run, the first store in BUCUREST-ROMANIA.

Decathlon’s concept is to sell multi-brand sports equipment for all sports people, from beginners to professionals, all under the same roof. It’s a concept that has reached every corner of the globe. With sixty-five different sports organized into 10 sporting Universes, the 500 Decathlon stores in the world are set-up for self-service.
Descrierea postului: -Drive a sport project in one store;
-Animate a team, you had recruited;
-Manage the department like your own company;
-Propose to our customers your passion for sport and our product.
Cerinte: - University degree or graduate (Economy, business, Marketing, or another specialty);
- Positive, problem solver, reliable person, willing to learn fast, curious, open minded;
- English speaker, French would be an advantage;
- Availability for extensive training abroad;
- Sports values;
- Synthetic and analytical thinking.
