This role involves:

Learning, understanding, operating and evaluating an existing system implemented with FreeBSD, Apache, MySQL and PHP.
Implementing bug fixes, changes and enhancements where requested.
Creating SQL scripts to effect data changes as requested.
The successful candidate must be:

Able to understand and work with an existing implementation.
Self-disciplined, independent and confident.
Comfortable working on a geographically distributed project.
Comfortable working without an IDE.

Cerinte

Required skills:

Good English skills are a must

PHP
MySQL / SQL
Experience required:

The successful candidate would be expected to have a minimum 5 years experience in the required areas.

Desired skills but not essential:

Experience with fairly complicated SQL queries
Perforce
FreeBSD (or Linux)
SaaS

You will be required to work 35-40 hours per week, at any time is convenient to you! Some times may need to be organised for Skype calls etc. in GMT +10.
