The company has a team of qualified professionals responsible for the providing of all technical, legal and administrative procedures required in the process of site acquisition, construction and implementation.

- - Based on the order received he/she prepares the location reports, depending on selected candidates and/or identifies candidates in the search area;
- Verifies all the necessary documents for contracts : property papers/contracts; fiscal receipt, inheritances;
- Place to owners disposal all the information regarding the lease contract and sites building and maintains permanent contact with them.
- Makes the location area sketch;
- Checks the right of private property of the access road to location;
- Informs the Acquisitions Manager about all the issues/problems appeared during the process of making the survey and lease contract;
- Reports the works status to the Acquisitions Manager;
- Makes daily reports;
- Is responsible for a number of 3(three) legal and monthly valid contracts;
- Must be informed about the legal regulations relating to concluding a Tenancy Contract;
- Will negotiate legal and valid Tenancy Contracts, complying with the client instructions;
- Respects the internal procedures of the company and the ones enforced by the client;
- Extensive travel required outside Bucharest - Cerinte
- - Excellent organizational skills, communications skills
- University degree
- Problem solving attitude;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Driving license B
- PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecom (GSM) - Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii)
- - Excellent financial package according to experience
