Inca din anul 1991 la intrarea sa pe piata, Impact Developer & Contractor s-a remarcat ca unul dintre cei mai importanti si de succes dezvoltatori din Romania.

- • Establishes long and short term framework for management of brands/projects & categories
• Develops and delivers annual plan, plans/programs for specific brand/project/product
• Forms part of senior market development team to deliver total company plan
• Develops and communicates total category/project/ brand strategy
• Represent Impact prospective as project and team member in innovative projects
• Leads, motivates, coaches and develops immediate marketing team
• Key strategic thrusts: reconnect with consumers, brand focus and enterprise culture, simplification

- • University degree (preferable economical)
• Expertise: min. 5 years in brand management
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), dedicated programs for market researches
• Language:Romanian and English – fluent
• Excellent communication skills
• General and personnel management skills
• Ability to work both on an individual basis and as a member of a team
• Easier understanding of consumers lifestyle and insights
