Recruitment
o Pro-actively communicates with the hiring managers involved in the recruitment and selection process and establishes the special requirements of the vacancies, ensuring that s/he totally understands the information received from the hiring manager that are included in the job description and candidate’s profile
o Prepares, draws-up and monitors the documentation related to selection and recruitment, to be compliant with the recruitment policy;
o Coordinates and monitors the internal and external process of adds publishing;
o Collects all internal and external applications of the candidates and selects from the existing data base all the previous applications that meet the criteria mentioned in the candidate’s profile and job description;
Selection
o Performs the preliminary screening of all the applications received and makes sure that those applications selected for the interview correspond with the job description and candidate’s profile, in terms of professional qualifications, abilities, experience and knowledge;
o Uses all the psychometrics or other tests made available by the company
o Organizes and attends to the preliminary interviews, writes reports and draws up the short-list for the final interviews with the hiring manager, jointly deciding upon the hiring of the most suitable candidate;
o Performs the candidate’s background check;
o Makes sure that all documentation related to the employment and integration process is filled-out
General
o Monitors the turn around times (time of completion) for all on going recruitment processes
o Elaborates specific reports regarding the recruitment KPI’s
o Contributes to the continous improvement of the recruitment process in terms of quality and quantity
Cerinte
o A Psychology University graduate; post-university studies or any specialization in Human Resources are an advantage
o Working for at least 2 years in Recruitment and Selection or Personnel Development with a large company, the multi-national experience is highly valued
o Fluently speaking and writing in English
o Oriented toward the customers, entrepreneur, available for travelling, having the ability to negotiate and represent
o Proficient PC user
