- Am infiintat INTERNATIONAL SERVICE GROUP PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT Romania ca filiala locala a retelei europene de consultanta in domeniul resurselor umane ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, cu sediul central la Viena. In Austria, suntem lider pe piata recrutarii on-line, cu peste 450 de anunturi de recrutare postate lunar. La nivel international, suntem prezenti in 22 de tari, prin 150 de consultanti si specialisti in resurse umane.
In Romania am inceput activitatea in 1999, ca aliat strategic al ISG Personalmanagement GmbH; in iulie 2006 am deschis filiala oficiala, International Service Group Personnel Management. Compania noastra isi sustine clientii in identificarea si implementarea solutiilor de HR, in functie de nevoile specifice businessului lor.
Ne-am obtinut expertiza din proiecte mari de success in constructii, inginerie, instalatii, productie, textile, automotive, financiar, marketing, vanzari, logistica, etc. prin proiecte de consultanta in management si administrare de personal, selectie & recrutare de personal si evaluare de personal. - Descrierea postului
- Mission:
• This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to ISGPM partners;
• This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the ISGPM brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring companies and candidates through the ISGPM selection process;
• This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring companies, candidates, and the community at-large.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting within ISGPM:
• Write complete and detailed search assignments, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements;
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders;
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates;
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements;
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position;
• Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates;
• Interviews candidates using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies;
• Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring companies;
• Prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring companies by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting;
• Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback;
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring companies;
• Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting;
• Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring companies and new hires;
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required;
• Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness;
• Works cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities;
• Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies;
• Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially;
• Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.

- REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 to 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting;
• University Degree;
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence;
• Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible;
• Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders;
• Ability to travel as required;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately;
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email;
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
