AB Energy Romania, branch of the AB Group, the European leader in the cogeneration sector, in order to strengthen the Sales Department in Bucharest, is looking for a
Sales Manager

who will be part of the European Sales team and in coordination with the European Sales Director will be in charge for:

-achievement of sales, margins and market share goals
-organization and the development of the sales in Romania
-customer management and business development in:
-natural gas (NG): industrial, services and district heating sectors
-biogas: farms, cattle-farms, investment funds, etc.
-cogeneration in other market segments: coal mine gas, landfill gas, sewage gas, green houses
-contract management
-lobbying activities on a national and territorial level and in all the market segments
-Identifies and suggests territorial marketing actions to promote AB in Romania

Cerinte

This opportunity concerns those candidates who have a significant experience (3-5 years) within Sales Department in energy or industrial plants sector, preferably in cogeneration plants. The candidate must have an Engineering degree (mechanics, electrotechnics, etc.) and contacts with prospective clients in the above mentioned segments.

The candidate must be available to stay in Italy for an initial training and integration period of 3/6 months by the parent company. Afterwards, availability to travel through all the Romanian regions will be necessary. We require an excellent English knowledge (Italian language knowledge will be considered as preferential).
