- BRAINSPOTTING is a Human Resources Consulting company specialized in the Recruitment of professionals in the area of Information Technology and Communications (IT&C).
We are servicing our corporate clients by searching, attracting, selecting and presenting the most suitable IT&C specialists in order to complete their teams, as well as consulting them with regard to their present and potential human resources needs.

- We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our young, motivated and ambitious team, within a professional working environment, with opportunities to develop a career in HR consultancy field.
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of an entire recruitment process. - Cerinte
- Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment;
- University Degree;
- English – fluent (compulsory), German or French would be a plus;
- IT&C technical background - Computer related studies (high-school or university) or at least 6 months working experience within an IT company / department; knowledge of IT&C market is an advantage;
- HR training is a plus;
- good understanding of recruitment processes and knowledge of HR systems;
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet etc);
- Very good communication skills (both speaking and writing), active listening; Positive approach;
- Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills;
- Good analytic and evaluation skills;
- Client and results oriented. Problem solving skills. Attention to details;
- Self starter, dynamic and enthusiastic;
- Team spirit. Enjoys working with people;
