Descrierea postului
- Managing recruiting processes, sourcing and pre-screen applicants
- Provide regular progress updates to Clients throughout the process, ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and refine recruiting strategy, as needed;
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and industry research;
- Apply recruiting strategies appropriate to each position;
- Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers.
- Ensures the identification of a sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires
- Responds to specific recruiting-related questions from candidates and clients
- Ensures data systems are updated and appropriate documentation is completed according to group’s procedures
- Maintains and continues to acquire specialized knowledge within functional field
Cerinte
- University degree
- Up to 3 year experience in recruitment
- Experience in recruiting process, candidate sources, employment market, legal frame as related to recruitment and employment)
- Fluent English
- Problem solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing environment, work independently and reset priorities autonomously based on business needs, ability to handle a wide variety and number of positions,
- Excellent computer skills
