- For EMERSON\'s Regulators Division in the Manufacturing Campus from Cluj Napoca we are looking for a dedicated professional to cover the role of PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.
- Supervise and delegate work to assembly and testing operators;
- Plan and adjust short-term assembly capacity requirements in coordination with materials manager;
- Provide delivery dates with regard to work order request date;
- Reports to material manager any supply issue (part shortage, packaging);
- Reports to and work closely with manufacturing engineering for any process issue;
- Contribute to inventory systems development/enhancement;
- Evaluate and report operators’ performances;
- Promote, recommend, and conduct training for operator development. - Cerinte
- - Technical University degree (Automation is an advantage);
- + 5 years experience as a manufacturing supervisor
- Good English knowledge;
- Good people management skills;
- Analytical / organizational skills;
- PC skills: Ms Office, Internet, E-mailers;
