Descrierea postului

- Specification of features for Alcatel-Lucent Network Planning and Optimization Tools;
- Transforming user specifications in detailed development specifications;
- Validate new tool versions of Alcatel Network Planning and Optimization Tools;
- Communicate with tool users to understand the needs and develop ideas of future features;
- Give support for Alcatel Network Planning and Optimization Tool users onsite and remote;
- Organize support activities and track performance and quality of them;
- Understand the technology behind (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, WiMAX, …);
- Evaluate new technologies (like WiMAX) and translate the requirements in terms of planning into tool features;
- Evaluate new tools from 3-rd party providers or internal Alcatel;
- Participate in first off campaigns onsite;
- Perform trainings on tool usage.

Cerinte

- Electronics & Telecommunications Faculty, Automations & Computers Faculty or Computer Science Faculty degree;
- Good Knowledge in Mobile Communications technologies;
- English – advanced level;
- Willingness to travel abroad on demand;
- Ability to give commitments and take responsibility;
- MS Office Applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Be innovative and flexible;
- Ready to work in a highly dynamical environment;
- Computer skills like;
- .NET Software development platform;
- C, C++, C#, Java, …;
- Databases (SQL, Oracle, …)
is a plus;
- Project management skills is a plus.
