? To get involved in all the phases of the process law (strategy, preparing the case, editing the documentation of the file, as well as representing in front of the court of law).
? Legal consultancy
? He draws up any another necessary papers modification Article of Incorporation
? He maintains the relation with Trade Registry and with another different institutions for the clarification of legal obligations and maintain to day of juridical folders.
? Has the opportunity to combine a certain level of specialization in one or two of our main service lines (Corporate & Commercial, Finance Law, Civil Law, Employment, Fiscal Law)
? Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
? Member of the Romanian Lawyers Bar (mandatory).
? Previous experience in coordinating a team is required.
? Fluent in written and spoken English.
? Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, good legal writing skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation).
? Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
