- -Assure the necessary support for the business development plan of the company
-Identify potential candidates in accordance with job description;
-Posting positions to the internet;
-Sourcing candidates from database
-Arrange interview schedule, ensuring office diary is also updated;
-Provide positive/negative feedback to candidates;
-Write candidate reports and correspondence, maintaining constant communication lines;
-Complete reference checking for all candidates participating in local and international projects;
-Periodically report project status to the consultant in charge with the project; - Cerinte
- -University degree
-Minimum 6 month experience in a HR department;
-Highly organized, thorough and detail-oriented;
-Strong client-service skills;
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluent in English& French;
-Very good knowledge MS Office - Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii)
