Cu un efectiv de peste 10 angajati, PSIHOLOGIC efectueaza: consultata in domeniul managementului si resurselor umane. Beneficiem de o mare recunoastere pe piata din Romania.

Descrierea postului

Analyze business process for sales, procurement and production
First level support for business application (CRM, DM, ERP)
Manage interfaces between different applications
Work with business process owners to define, implement and test new requirements
Administration and maintenance for CRM and Document Management Applications
Administration and maintenance for database server
Develop and adjust existing interfaces between existing application for new business requests
Mange the implementations of new modules or customizations for business application together with external/third parties
Develop new reports and small applications

Cerinte

The preferred candidate will have:
Good understanding of business processes is highly desired
Previous experience in different type of business applications like Scala ERP, Ascent CRM, ELO Document Management ; Good MS SQL knowledge (TSQL)
VBA, VB 6, VB .net is an advantage; Crystal Reports is an advantage
English language - advanced
Experience with an Incident Management Application
Understanding of ITIL
Handling multiple projects simultaneously
Team player
