You will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and enjoy working in a busy, varied and challenging job.
This position is a full recruitment solution position. It will involve generating your own leads, client meetings, candidate generation / interviews and closure and assisting the management with the running of the company. Resourcing existing consultants.
A sample of the candidates we deal with are as follows:
- Insurance Companies
- Major european banks
- Utility companies.
* Proven Recruitment Consultant (IT area prefered)
* Experienced within either permanent or temporary recruitment
* Strong client-/ candidate-facing skills
* Ability to priorities workload
* Man management
* Knowledge of IT sector
* Relationship builder
* Strong business development and candidate generation skills
* Hungry, driven and highly motivated individual.
We will provide an excellent basic salary, a high and uncapped commission and bonus scheme and the realistic opportunity to progress through the company.
