- We are a fast growing medium sized management and consulting company with a focus on hands on restructuring work and are currently expanding our sizeable Romanian practice.

- Descrierea postului:
- Maintain and review a register of candidates appropriate to the companies’ requirements.
- Active research and screening of candidates
- Run interviews with potential candidates together with the respective line managers
- Carry out all required pre-employment checks to ensure that candidates are appropriately qualified for jobs being filled
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate situation of the recruitment process s/he is involved in;
- Analyze job requirements and assist managers in writing Job Descriptions
- Prepare all documentation relating to appointments e.g. evaluation forms, rejection letters, etc.
- Provide support to advise to managers in all issues related to the recruitment;
- Cerinte
- - 2 years experience on a similar job is an asset
– able to perform at high standards each step of the recruitment process
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
- Computer literate;
- University degree;
- Well organized and dynamic person;
- Able to manage multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication skills; active listening
- Team player;
- Client oriented
- Attention to details, confidentiality
- Company owner or PFA license is an asset
