Descrierea postului

Pilarquim Corp. is searching for experienced representative in Romania, Moldova, Hungary and Bulgaria.

High proficiency in English l-ge is required.

Cerinte

Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field of agrochemical products, in particular in pesticides sales, marketing and registration in Romania, Moldova, Hungary and Bulgaria.

The range of work that should be covered by candidate:

1. Approaching and developing potential customers to prospect for new business;
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
3. Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
4. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
5. Gathering market and customer information;
6. Representing Pilarquim organization at meetings, trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in Shanghai when necessary;
7. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with internal managers;
8. Liaising with purchasing department and production department to check on the progress of existing orders;
9. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
10. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
Feeding future buying trends back to management;
11. Regular reporting on comments and action plans on all activities conducted in the area.
