- Develops the Design Vision with the Producer.
Is responsible for the design all major systems in the game (the actual detailed design can be done by APs under his supervision).
Mentor/coach game designers to further develop in their work.
Is responsible for all design documentation.
Pushes the overall game design with direction from the Producer.
Help keep the social and practical work environment at the office at a professional and pleasant level.
Make efforts to carry and spread the company’s common values and ideas.
Directly responsible for adhering to and administering all company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Producer with accountability and responsibility defined prior to the commencement of these duties.
The safeguarding of the company’s assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how.
- Cerinte
- Been working in the video games industry for at least 1 year.
Shipped at least 1 video game title.
Active video games player with a strong interest in first-person shooter games.
Knowledge of EA shooter video games (especially online gameplay and modding) a definite plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain design requirements to on-site and off-site game team members
Fluent written and spoken English
