- Contract Checks and Reviews during Tender Stage and Project Execution
- Calculation of Financial Factors
- Involvement in Project Financing issues
- Support of Senior Project Manager in risk management issues
- Tax issues Project related
- Contractually invoicing and documentation with debt management
- Control of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Contractually management of all financial matters with customers and suppliers, including debit and credit management
- Organization of transports, export and import procedures
- Issuance of transport papers/documentation (customs invoices, packing lists, etc)
- Management of Project Cash Flow
- Foreign currencies management,
- Contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Transport Management (Import ? Export, EU-Triangle Deliveries)
- Management of Project Insurances
- Management of Bank Guarantees
- Project Reporting
- Claim Management, including warranty issues
- Branch Office Administration (control of local accounting, local bank accounts, cash-flow, etc.)
- Financial Project Management Experience
- Availability for business trips
- Higher degree in business administration (business school graduation)
- Fluent in English , Romanian and/or Bulgarian skills would be beneficial
- MS-Office skills
- Technical understanding
- min 2 years appropriate work experience.
