- - Good knowledge of the accounting procedures and fiscal code
- Ensures timely, accurate and complete accounting records verification and processing of accounting entries
- Supervising the tax calculation and elaboration of fiscal declarations for the company
- Ensures correct VAT calculation, checks invoices in foreign currency
- Ensures the compliance with all statutory, financial and corporate requirements
- Maintenance of the relation with the bank, service providers
- May establish, modify, document and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- Communication with state authorities
- Prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS
- Ensures that the reporting deadlines are met
- Ensures the proper management of cash and bank accounts

- - University Degree in economic studies with special focus on accounting, controlling/finance;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in either accounting, finance or controlling, favorably in the consultancy business or multinational companies;
- Fluency in English is required (German language is a real asset);
- Knowledge in international standards like IFRS is an asset

- Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications
- Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
