– Lingo24 is a growing and respected UK translation company with major global accounts. It has full-time employees throughout the UK, in Europe, in New Zealand, and in China. The company has over 60 staff in Timisoara. - Descrierea postului
- - Match up Incoming Payments with invoices sent, and record them in the system.
- Communicate with clients, client account departments, and any other people necessary to identify unmatched payments.
- Send invoices to clients on a daily, project-by-project basis, and on a collated monthly basis as required.
- Check the accuracy of all invoices before sending for any details as required, including currency, amount, description, VAT, VAT number, address(es), client name, company name, Purchase Order number.
- Ensure all invoices are sent in the correct way for each client to ensure prompt processing, and update our database with any new information to ensure that invoicing will be accurate in the future.
- Amend invoices as required by clients.
- Receive all invoices from suppliers, and check them for accuracy and consistency with the system.
- Maintain the supplier payments lists, and provide this list to the accounts executive for each payment period as soon as it is completed for each period.
- Respond to supplier payment queries quickly and accurately, and work with the suppliers to resolve any complications.

- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Must be a very competent computer user
- Good at organizing work; attention to detail is
