Our consultants will constantly provide support and information to the customers during the selection process.

Our consultants will provide support to the customers after the hiring of the selected candidates, by observing and stimulating the integration within the organization.
Descrierea postului
- Leading a team of about 25 Process Associates, coordinating the Team leaders in the area of Accounting & Finance processes
- Ensure the team members meet targets.
- Prepare weekly dashboards and regular work reports.
- Participate in the recruitment process of new team members
- Train new team members/ team leaders
- Resources planning to meet team goals and objectives
- Identify training, coaching, mentoring and buddy opportunities.
- Participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems
Cerinte
- Leadership, Pro-active, Initiative, Energize
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- at least 4 years of relevant working experience with at least 1.5 years in a managerial role
- Both English and French Fluent.
- good communication skills
