This new Division of our Company offers consulting services for both domestic and international investors wishing to identify and develop new business opportunities in the Romanian market.
Descrierea postului
- Duties include but are not limited to composing and editing correspondence; researching, gathering, and supplying information; scheduling appointments and performing general administrative duties. - - The ideal candidate will be the focal point of contact for the President’s office.
- The key areas of responsibilities include maintaining an ever-changing appointment calendar, schedule meetings, arrange a wide range of international and domestic travel, answer and screen incoming calls. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and willing to work in a fast-paced organisation, while prioritising a heavy workload.
- The successful candidate must also possess a professional demeanour and the ability to effectively interface with Senior Level Executives and Senior Management from national and international business environment.
- The candidate must exercise full discretion in handling of sensitive and confidential issues.
Cerinte
- Bachelors’ Degree is a must (obtained or in progress);
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Fluency in English is a must, second foreign language is desirable;
- Strong and proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
