- -Issue invoices for tenants of commercial centre according to contract specification
- Make payments for utilities and services
- Draft financial reports concerning cashflow
- Notify the due date for the rent payment to the tenants
- Keep track of rent records and late payments
- Periodical reports regarding lease payments and due dates - Cerinte
- - Economic studies, preferably Finance or Accounting graduate
- Fluent in English
- Very good Excel and Word skills
- Well organised and analytic spirit
- Previous experience in other accounting or financial positions is a plus - Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii)
